|Recommended: NoPerfect Landscaping, Outdoor Very Poor Unit, Appliances — Perfect landscaping, everything outdoor, but very poor quality of unit and it's appliances. Professional maintenance and business office staff.

|Recommended: YesLiving At Civic Center — The office staff is what makes this property so much better than other properties. They always address needs and concerns with professionalism and in a timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable knowing the property police officer is always available and very kind to any concerns. Maintenance issues are addressed very promptly. Overall I’m satisfied.
