|Recommended: YesComfortable Living Clean . Great Neighbors — Leasing office is good about not allowing trouble and internal domestic issues which keeps things calm and comfortable to live. I feel safe. The grounds are kept clean and neat. The office responds great to all communication.

|Recommended: YesLove This Place — This is my boyfriend, and i's first time living together and we absolutely love it. The neighbors are great and super friendly We have a dog and he absolutely loves the dog park The office ladies are quite helpful, and we never have any issues that go un-resolved.

THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HAVE GREAT ATTITUDES. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAVE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY APARTMENT AND EVERYTHING IT HAS TO OFFER.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place — I always pray about everything. I looked at other places in the area. I read their reviews. However, I always found myself thinking about Civic Center West. Melissa was so kind and professional. I continued to interact with all of the office personnel. I found them all to be professional. The maintenance person, the grounds man and my neighbors are all wonderful. So far, I'm glad to call Civic Center West, my home.

|Recommended: YesReally Nice — One of the, if not the best apartment complex in DeSoto county. If you live below someone with a dog or people that move a lot you will hear noise for days. Had one leaky roof since I been here but besides that, everything else is nice.
