|Recommended: YesIt's Home For Now — I've been here for almost five years. It is relatively quiet. My neighbors are friendly. The office staff has been absolutely amazing within the last few years. The parcel pending is a plus. My only gripes my appliances are outdated although the price has steadily increased each year. My unit doesn't have enough storage space. I guess that means it's time to build. Nonetheless, staying here as been great

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This is a nice community with spacious floor plans, modern appliances, and adequate parking. The community is clean and the neighbors are quiet. The staff is timely and professional. The price of the rent is very affordable.

|Recommended: YesGreat Spot — It's a great place to live It's located in a convenient place. It's a nice and peaceful place to live. I would recommend some more parking spaces. There's not enough parking spaces for tenants. Overall, this is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well Kept. I See Groundsman On A Daily Basis Cleaning And Maintaining The Property — It is great living in Civic Center Apartments. The people in the office are professional and responsive at all times. The apartments are nice and the overall property is well groomed.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Clean. Well maintenanced. Professional staff. i began my application online but did not finish due to doubt of being approved. Alicia called me and noticed my application was not complete. I explained I was moving from out of town and working from home. She made the experience very easy, especially during this pandemic. She kept in touch and kept me updated on what to expect and when. I highly recommend this community to anyone.

|Recommended: YesThe Community Is Worth The Price, But Do Not Expect The Creme De La Creme, Here. — The ladies in the office are SO GREAT. I've noticed some things that seem just rigged together to keep the apartment looking nice. The trim is actually covered in fiberboard, which will come off when wet. Maintenance takes weeks if you do not note your work order as a priority, and that is IF they come. I have had 2 work orders that were marked as open and completed without anyone coming in, and doing any work. There is a sheet given that should be signed and dated when the work is done, it is never used properly.

|Recommended: NoNoise — I would not recommend living here due to the noise factor whether your in an upstairs or downstairs apt. The apts are built poorly which allows all the sounds to be heard. The office staff does nothing about it and neither does the courtesy officer. You have to call the police in order to get something done and that is only temporary until the next time you call police again. Other than the noise I would recommend the apts.

|Recommended: NoDecent Stay At The Civic Center — It smelt like cigarette smoke the entire time I was in the apartment. Not a pleasant smell to come home from work to. The staff was great at assisting me with any needs but I am glad I am able to move out.
